A World of Calm is a project aimed at  breaking the stigma often found when talking about mental health, specifically in this case anxiety. We could all benefit from consciously working on improving our mental wellbeing. 

This is a place for everyone. We all struggle with feeling anxious, overwhelmed and pressurised at times. I'll share some things I find work well in the pursuit of a calmer life. I'll research and test products and I will share submissions from site visitors.


I refuse to hide my anxiety disorder and am so lucky I have this platform to discuss ways to improve our dealings with anxiety. 

My only qualifications are my own experiences and research. Please see a medical professional if you are concerned about any area of your mental health.
